Replacement Policy

Because our products are custom printed and unique, therefore we only accept replace your order if the request meets conditions below.

Only items purchased directly from https://anvystore.com will be accepted.

Within 07 days from receiving orders, you have to request or notify us about replacement the order because of below reasons:

  • Damaged items
  • The product received is not the same as on the website/store
  • The product received is not what you ordered
  • Poor print quality
  • Wrong color
  • Wrong Size
  • For personalized products, we are not responsible for compensation if you send poor quality pictures (smaller than our required resolution) or misspelled the custom name.

If your purchase meets any of the criteria above, please contact us via email support@anvystore.com

Please do not return any items without first contacting us with your issue. Any items sent to us without prior contact will be considered forfeit.

Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your replacement. Our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions if the replacement is approved.

Replacement can be done only one time. second time we will not permit.

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT/ DAMAGED?

Please contact us to start the replacement process. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Contact telephone number
  • Picture of shipping label
  • Picture or video of the product and the error you found out (material flawed, different design, different size)

Submitting all evidences to clarify shipping/product error is very important to our replacement process. Please note that all required pictures or videos must be sent. Otherwise, we cannot provide replacement items.
