HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER? 

Simply choose your style on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

For personalized photo products, within 24 hours after purchase, we will send a proof to the email address you supplied. (Please note that we will dispatch your order if we don’t hear back from you within the next 48 hours)

YOU BOUGHT A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD, WHAT'S NEXT?

After purchasing your digital print, Anvystore will email you the link to download digital print files within 24 hours. If you can't find the email, search for the subject line “Order #xxxx Digital File” in your inbox and Spam/Junk folders.

We recommend downloading these files to a computer rather than a phone or tablet. Once you have downloaded the file, you can simply print the image on your home printer, upload the file to the printer of your choice, or transfer the file to an external drive and take it into your local printer.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be cancelled within 06 hours

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been produced or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you cannot see your confirmation email, first check your spam folder in case it has been sent there instead of your Inbox folder.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 3-5 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply 5-10 days for domestic and 15-30 days for international.

MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER.

Orders from our store typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

If your order has not arrived after 15 business days (domestic) and 30 business days (international), please contact us for timely support.
